Villa Kocaer 1, located in Çavdır district of Kalkan, offers you and your loved ones an unforgettable holiday experience. The villa offers accommodation for up to 4 people thanks to its own private pool, large and well-kept garden and 2 bedrooms. The pool and garden terrace are designed to be invisible from the outside and are an ideal option for families, groups of friends and honeymoon couples who want to have a conservative holiday.

Villa Kocaer 1 is specially designed for families with children. In the garden, there are entertainment areas such as table tennis, table football, swing and playground where children can have a pleasant time. In this way, while children are having fun, parents can enjoy a peaceful holiday.

The location of the villa is only a 15-20 minute drive from the center of Kalkan. Away from the noise of the city, it is an ideal place for those looking for a peaceful holiday accompanied by the sounds of birds in nature. Villa Kocaer 1 offers both comfort and privacy together, making every moment of your vacation special.

The villa, which attracts attention with its proximity to historical and natural beauties, is only 17 kilometers away from the world-famous Patara Ancient City and Patara Beach. In this way, you can make discoveries full of history during your holiday and enjoy the sea on the magnificent beaches.

Located on the same land as Villa Kocaer 1, Villa Kocaer 2 offers simultaneous rentals for large families or groups of friends. If schedules permit, both villas can be rented together for an unforgettable vacation with more people.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, toaster, toaster, microwave oven,  dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, center table, LCD screen TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi,  bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Pool:  9 m x 4 m in size and  1.5 m  in depth. The pool is maintained early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Kids Pool: 2.5 m x 2 m in size and 40 cm deep.

Garden: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table, table tennis, foosball, toys for children, gazebo and barbecue.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: For stays under 7 nights  1000 TL cleaning fee is charged.

Note: There are 16 steps at the entrance to the villa.

Note: The last 100 meters of the arrival road to the villa is a stabilized dirt road.
