Villa Kayra Konak Uno is located on the same land as our villa. If calendars allow, more than one rental can be made for large families.

Villa Features

Kitchen:  There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, dinnerware and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living room: There is a comfortable seating group, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver, dining table and air conditioning.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi and bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bathroom and air conditioning.

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

General Information

Pool: It is 8 x 3.5 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty early every morning.

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, swing, outdoor shower and barbecue.

Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken at the entrance. It will be returned if there is no damage upon check-out.

Note: For stays below the minimum rental period, a cleaning fee of 2500 TL is charged.

Note: The last 700 m of the road to our villa is a dirt road.
