Kayaköy is a historical village that preserves its ancient spirit and will fascinate you with its unique atmosphere. At the same time, the beaches and natural beauties in the immediate vicinity offer many places to explore during your vacation.

There are Villa Kayi 1, Villa Kayi 2, Villa Kayi 3, Villa Kayi 4, Villa Kayi 6 and Villa Kayi 7 in the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, dinnerware and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable seating, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom, jacuzzi, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand and an exit to the pool terrace.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

General Information

Pool: It is 9 x4.5 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are parasols, sun loungers, sitting group, open air shower and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 1500 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
