Villa Kaya Duo for rent, located in Ovacik, 4 km from Ölüdeniz Beach, has a capacity of 6 people with its own pool, garden and 3 bedrooms. Our villa, which is ideal for crowded families and groups of friends with its comfortable rooms, is also unique for our guests who want to spend most of their holidays at the sea due to its location.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, oven, coffee machine, tea maker, toaster, toaster and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable Seating group, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: It is 9 m x 4 m in size and 1.45 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, sitting group and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
