Villa Kahya 1 for rent, located in the Üzümlü region of Kalkan, has an accommodation capacity of 4 people with its own pool, garden and 2 bedrooms. Our villa, designed in such a way that the pool and garden terrace are not visible from the outside, is ideal for families and honeymooners who prefer conservative holidays.

Villa Kahya 2 is located on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, living room, dining table, dining set for 4 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD screen TV with satellite receiver and an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: It is 9 x 4 m in size and 1.5 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There are sun loungers, parasols, barbecue and dining table.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken at the entrance. It will be returned if there is no damage upon check-out.

Note: For accommodations below the minimum rental period, a cleaning fee of 1250 TL is charged.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
