Villa Hırçın 1

Villa Hırçın 1, which offers an ideal option for a peaceful holiday experience in Kayaköy region of Fethiye, which is adorned with natural beauties, welcomes its guests in a private corner in nature. This private rental villa offers accommodation for four people with its private pool, spacious garden and two bedrooms.

Villa Features

Kitchen:  It is designed as an open kitchen. Refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove cooker, built-in oven,  coffee machine,   dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.   

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver, dining table, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, TV, bathroom, jacuzzi and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom, jacuzzi and exit to the pool terrace. 

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms for the number of people.

General Information

Pool:  10 x 4 m  size    and 1.5 meters deep. The pool is maintained early every morning by the staff on duty. 

Garden: Sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, outdoor shower and barbecue. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note:  For stays below the minimum rental period, a cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged.

General note for all villas in Kayaköy region: Due to the high demand in our Kayaköy villas, there may be situations such as electricity, water cuts, low voltage, infrastructure and construction works.
