Villa Hedef

Located in Kalkan Lavanta area, Villa Hedef is one of our new villas, which was completed in June 2023, designed to offer a unique holiday experience.

There are many facilities in our villa such as sauna, Turkish bath, cinema room, table tennis, foosball and billiards table. You can pamper yourself in the sauna and hammam, organize entertaining movie nights in the cinema room, and have a pleasant time playing table tennis, foosball and billiards. All kinds of possibilities have been thought of so that you will not be bored during your holiday in our villa.

Our villa, which can accommodate up to 6 people in total with 3 bedrooms, combines comfort and elegance in every room. You can have a comfortable sleep experience in bedrooms where every detail is considered. One of the most important features of our villa is that it is suitable for accommodation in the winter months. Thanks to the specially designed heating system, our villa offers a warm and comfortable environment in the winter season. Thus, you can spend a pleasant holiday in this luxury villa at any time of the year.

Villa Best is located on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, dinnerware and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable seating, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom, bathtub and air conditioner.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom and air conditioner.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom and air conditioner.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

General Information

Outdoor Pool:  12 x 5 m  size   and 1.5 meters deep. The pool system is automatically controlled by a salt regulator and pH dosing system.

Indoor Pool: It is 2,80 x 6,50 m in size and 1,3 meters deep. (Pool heating is optional and is activated for 1000 TL per day for stays under 7 days.)

Garden: Sun umbrellas, sun loungers, lounge chairs, seating, outdoor shower and barbecue. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.

Note: Underfloor heating system is activated for a fee of 1250 TL per day (If heating is requested in the summer months between May 15 - September 30 heating fee will be charged for each day.)

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
