Villa Güneş for rent, located in Ortaca Yerbelen, has an accommodation capacity of 8 people with its own pool, large garden and 4 bedrooms. Villa Features

Kitchen: Designed as an open kitchen, kettle, water dispenser, microwave, refrigerator, built-in oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, 4-burner, dining table and dinnerware for 8 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday exists.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD screen TV with satellite receiver, air conditioning and an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 single bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner.

2. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom, WC, air conditioning, jacuzzi and exit to the pool terrace.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and balcony.

4. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and balcony.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: It is 7.5 x 3.5 m in size and 1.6 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There are sun loungers, parasols, barbecue, dining table and garden furniture.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: Minimum accommodation during the Eid week is 7 nights.
