Villa Günay for rent, located in Yeşilüzümlü village of Fethiye, offers a comfortable and luxurious accommodation experience. It has an accommodation capacity of 6 people with 3 bedrooms. It is ideal for large families and groups of friends with its large rooms.

Located within the natural beauties of Yeşilüzümlü, this villa is an ideal option for a peaceful holiday getaway. Despite its quiet location, you can easily reach restaurants, shops and attractions in the surrounding area.

Villa Yılmaz is located on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, tea maker, dinnerware and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, LCD screen TV, satellite receiver, dining table, air conditioning and WC.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioner and balcony.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioner and balcony.

3. Bedroom: 1 single bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioning, TV, bathroom and WC.

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for 5  people.

General Information

Pool: It is 7 x 4 m in size and 1.4 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are 2 sun loungers, parasols, sitting group and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: Minimum accommodation during the Eid week is 7 nights.
