Villa Blue, with its stone architecture for rent, located in Patara, Kalkan, has a sheltered pool that is not visible from the outside, 2 bedrooms with jacuzzi and an accommodation capacity of 4 people. With its comfortable rooms, it is ideal for honeymooners and our guests who prefer conservative holidays.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, 4-person dining set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, pool and exit to the garden.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, en-suite bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, jacuzzi, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table, en-suite bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.

Pool: Private and sheltered swimming pool is 3.5 m x 8 m in size and 1.5 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a garden table and chairs, sun loungers, swings and barbecues.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: 5000 TL damage deposit is taken upon arrival. It will be refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: 3000 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 7 nights.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 5 nights.
