Villa Fabia 2

Villa Fabia 2 is located in Göcek İnlice region, in lush nature, only 2 km from İnlice Beach and 6 km from Göcek center.

Our villa, the construction of which was completed in 2021, has a sheltered garden, a pool, a total of 2 bedrooms, 1 of which has a jacuzzi, and has an accommodation capacity of up to 4 people, designed to be invisible from the outside. Designed with simplicity and comfort in mind, our villa is ideal for conservative families, honeymooners and small groups of friends.

 Villa Fabia 1 and Villa Fabia 3 are located on the same land as our villa. If requested, more than one rental can be made for large families.

Villa Fabia 2 Features

Kitchen: There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner, built-in oven, tea maker, dinnerware.

Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, a coffee table, a smart TV, air conditioning and a satellite receiver. There is an exit from the living room to the pool terrace.

There is a shared WC-Bathroom in the corridor.

1. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom.

General Information

Pool: It is 7.5 meters x 3.5 meters in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is done early every morning by the staff on duty.

Garden:  There is a lawn, garden furniture, swing, sun loungers and sun umbrellas.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: For stays below the minimum rental period, March 2 - May 18 1200 TL, May 19 - December 31 2000 TL cleaning fee is charged.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
