Villa Esen is located in Kayaköy, a holiday resort with a history of five thousand years, in the Fethiye district of Muğla. Kayaköy was built by the Greeks living in the region on the ruins of Karmylassos belonging to the Ancient Lycian Civilization. The city was declared a "village of peace and friendship" in 1988, it was decided to keep it alive as it is, and it was declared a third-degree urban and archaeological site.
Villa Esen offers a unique holiday opportunity to our guests who want to have a holiday away from the noise of the city. Our villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has an accommodation capacity of 4 people. Kayaköy, which fascinates its guests with its natural and historical environment, is only 10 minutes away from Fethiye city center and the world-famous Ölüdeniz Beach. Our villa is suitable for nuclear families and honeymooners. It offers a perfect holiday opportunity to our guests with its large and private swimming pool. Due to the region where our villa is located, a cooler holiday environment awaits you even in the sweltering heat of summer evenings.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, toaster, tea maker, dinnerware, dining table.
Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, coffee table, LCD screen TV, air conditioner and satellite receiver. You can access the pool terrace from the living room.
1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and bathroom with jacuzzi.
2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, air conditioning and a bathroom.
General Information
Pool: 30 m2 in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is done early every morning by the staff on duty. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace. Pool heating is available from November to April.
Garden: There is a lawn, barbecue, garden furniture.
Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.
Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
Places to Visit in Kayaköy
While staying in Kayaköy, you can visit the Ghost Town, Gemiler Bay and Af Kule Monastery.
Kayaköy Ghost Town is a must-see for adventure-loving holidaymakers.
You can do many water sports accompanied by the natural beauty and clear water of Gemiler Bay.
Af Kule Monastery is 3-4 km from Kayaköy by walking. You can take a nature walk and see the old dungeons. You can join a safari tour and visit Kayaköy with ATV vehicles.

Biz villa esende kaldık çok ama cok guzeldi bahçesi vardi arka bahcede incir uzum bile vardi mandila nar koparip tek tek yedik havuzu surekli devir daim yaptığı icin cok temizdi her yeri korunakli olduğu için kimse sizi görmüyordu istedigimiz sekilde rahat davranıyorsunuz ve en guzel yani evin ici cok temiz kendin yapabiliyorsun yemegi tum.imkanlar var kıyafetleri de kendin yikiyabiliyorsunuz kendi evinizde gibi duygu veriyor hic gitmek istemedik ve kayakoyde gezilecek cok guzel yerler var merkeze cok ama cok yakin gemiler koyu var deniz olarak cok temiz tenha kimse yok cok ama cok guzel kesinlikle tüm herkesin gitmesi gereken bir yer otelden bin kat daha güzel hic terettut etmiyor insan ???????????? ve sevki bey ve kardesi cok guzel ilgilendiler bir sorun oldugunda aninda telefonlarini aciyorlar ve ilgileniyorlar tavsiye ederim ????????

Villa herşey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş, çok güzel dekore edilmiş, çekirdek ailenizle kalabileceğiniz harika bir villa, hepimiz çok zevk aldık gerek evin konumu, doğası herşeyi harikaydı, kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum, doğa içinde harika bir tatil yaptık, 6 gün o kadar çabuk geçtiki anlayamadık, seneye tekrar gitmek isterim?

İlk villa deneyimimizdi. Haliyle aklımızda birçok soru işareti vardı firma yetkilileri çok ilgililer ve tatil öncesinde tüm detayları verdiler. Beklediğimizden daha iyi bir yer ile karşılaştık. Ev son derece temiz ve sakin konumda. Köyde birçok restoran ve kahvaltı yeri mevcut. Biz çok keyif aldık. Tavsiye ederim.
