Villa Emir 2

Located in the Yanıklar district of Fethiye, Villa Emir 2 is an ideal choice for an unforgettable vacation. Offering accommodation for up to 4 people with its own private pool, well-kept garden and 2 bedrooms, the villa offers the perfect atmosphere for families, groups of friends and honeymoon couples who prefer a conservative holiday.

On the grounds of Villa Emir 2, Villa Emir 1 and Villa Emir 3, which offer the same comfort and luxury, are also located. If you have a crowded family or group in your holiday plan and if the calendars are available, you can have a pleasant holiday with your loved ones by renting more than one villa.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils that you may need during your holiday such as dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven and dinner set. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen TV, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi and bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom.

General Information

Pool: 8 m long, 4 m wide and 1.4 m deep. There is also a children's pool which is 3 m long, 4 m wide and 45 cm deep. Pool maintenance is done by the staff in charge early every morning. 

Garden:  There are sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, dining table, swing and barbecue.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Cleaning Fee: 7 1250 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 7 nights.
