Villa Elissa

Villa Elissa, located in Fethiye Kayaköy, surrounded by nature and with a lush mountain view, is an ideal option for families and honeymooners who prefer conservative holidays. Our villa, located in the middle of nature, offers a peaceful atmosphere among the chirping of birds.

There are 2 bedrooms in our villa, all with en-suite bathrooms and 1 with jacuzzi. The interior decoration is designed in a modern and stylish style. Our guests will have the opportunity to rest in a spacious and comfortable living area. The open kitchen has all the equipment you might need and makes you feel at home while you prepare your meals.

Our rental villa offers easy access to Fethiye's tourist attractions and beaches. It is in a perfect location for both those who want to spend a relaxing holiday and those who want to explore the natural beauties of the surrounding area.

Villa Larissa is located on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen, there is a dining table, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, 4-person dining set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: There is a comfortable seating group, LCD screen smart TV with satellite receiver, Netflix, air conditioning and an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

Towels and pique sets are available for 4 people in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool: It is 10 m x 3.5 m and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There is a lawn dining table, a barbecue and a swing.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1250 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
