You can have a pleasant time with your family or friends all year round in our villa, which can accommodate up to 4 people with its own pool and garden. With facilities such as heated indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath, you can experience a comfortable stay in all seasons of the year.

The jacuzzi in one of the two bedrooms of our villa offers an ideal environment for couples planning a romantic vacation. Facilities such as foosball, table tennis, swings and toys for children in the garden ensure that the whole family has a pleasant time.

Villa Egem, designed so that the pool and garden terrace cannot be seen from the outside, is an ideal choice for families, groups of friends and honeymoon couples who prefer a conservative holiday.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. Dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-stove, built-in oven, built-in oven, toaster and dinnerware, such as all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your vacation. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen television, air conditioning and satellite receiver. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, air conditioning,  bathroom and jacuzzi  are available.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom  .

General Information

Pool:  8 m long, 4 m wide and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Kids Pool: It is 2 m long, 3 m wide and 35 cm deep.

Heated Indoor Pool: It is 4 m long, 2.5 m wide and 1.5 m deep. (Pool heating is activated for a daily fee of 600 TL)

Garden:  There is a grass area, sun loungers, umbrellas, swing, dining table, barbecue, toys for children, table tennis and table football.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: 2500 TL damage deposit is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit. 

Cleaning Fee: 1500  TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 7 nights.
