There is Villa Efsa 2 within the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made at the same time for crowded families and groups of friends if their calendars are available. 

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. Dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, water dispenser, 4-stove, built-in oven, filter coffee machine, Turkish coffee machine, dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioning, jacuzzi and bathroom.

1st Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Garden: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table and barbecue. 

Pool: It is 6 m x 3 m in size and 1.5 m deep.  Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1750 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.
