Villa Dolce Vita for rent, located in Yanıklar, Fethiye, offers its guests a peaceful holiday among lush citrus groves. It has an accommodation capacity of 8 people with its own pool, garden and 4 bedrooms. Since the pool and garden terrace are sheltered, it is also suitable for our guests with conservative holiday expectations.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, dinnerware.

Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, a coffee table, an LCD smart TV, Netflix, a fireplace, air conditioning and a satellite receiver. There is an exit from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: It is 10 m x 5 m in size and 1.5 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a green area, barbecue, garden furniture and swing.

Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: 3000 TL damage deposit is taken at the entrance. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Note: In winter, underfloor heating is charged extra weekly.
