The living spaces are illuminated with natural light thanks to the large windows, providing a peaceful and inviting environment. In addition, the villa's indoor pool allows you to enjoy swimming all year round. While relaxing in the jacuzzi, you can enjoy luxury and comfort.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, kettle, Turkish coffee machine, dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable seating group, smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, and exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, vanity table and air conditioning.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, vanity table, jacuzzi, air conditioning and bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom and air conditioning.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Garden: 500 m2 garden, parking lot for 2 cars, sun loungers, umbrellas, swings, barbecue, playground for children, table tennis, basketball hoop and a group of grass.

Pool: 9 m x 4,5 m in size and 1.5 m in depth. Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff on duty.

Indoor Pool: 4.5 m x 3 m in size and 1.4 m in depth. (Pool heating is included in the price until June 1, after this date, it is optionally activated for 1,500 TL per day. Request for use must be notified at least 2 days in advance).

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: 5000 TL damage deposit is taken at the entrance. It will be refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: 4500 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 5 nights.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 5 nights.
