Villa Features

Kitchen: Designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, kettle, Turkish coffee machine, dinnerware and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Living room: There is a comfortable seating group, smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, and access to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, air conditioning and bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom and air conditioning.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Garden: In the 500 m2 garden, there is parking for 2 vehicles, sun loungers, umbrellas, swing, barbecue, playground for children, table tennis, basketball hoop and seating area. 

Pool: 9 m x 4.5 m in size and 1.5 m in depth.  Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty early every morning. 

Indoor Pool: 4.5 m x 3 m in size, 1.4 meters deep. (Pool heating is optional and is activated for 750₺ per night for stays under 7 nights.)

Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken at the entrance. It will be returned if there is no damage upon check-out.

Note: For accommodations below the minimum rental period, a cleaning fee of 3500 TL is charged.
