Villa Ceyhun

Villa Ceyhun, located in Kalkan Kördere, is an ideal option for families and honeymoon couples who prefer a conservative holiday. The fully sheltered pool of the villa is designed so that it cannot be seen from the outside. Thus, you can enjoy a comfortable and peaceful holiday with your family or loved ones.

Villa Ceyhun consists of 3 floors in total. On the top floor there is a heated indoor pool with magnificent sea views. Our villa, which has 3 bedrooms with a spacious and comfortable stylish design, can accommodate up to 6 people in total.

Our villa is located close to the market, restaurant, cafe, health center and the center. It is a 15-minute drive from the world-famous Kaputaş Beach and a 30-minute drive from Patara Beach.

There are Villa Zeliş and Villa Zeliş Loft within the same land as our villa. If calendars allow, more than one rental can be made for large families.

Villa Features

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, living room, dining table, dining set for 6 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living room: The living room has a comfortable seating area, LCD screen television with satellite receiver, air conditioning, billiard table and access to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, seating group, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom, balcony and air conditioning.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom, balcony and air conditioning.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom, balcony and air conditioning.

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Pool: 13 m x 3.8 m in size and 1.5 m in depth. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty early every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Children's Pool: 2 m x 1.70 in size and 65 cm deep.

Heated Indoor Pool: 4.1 m x 3.8 m in size and 1 m deep. (If pool heating is requested, an extra heating fee of 1800 TL per day is charged. The pool heating fee is calculated throughout the day of stay. Guests who want pool heating must contact us 3 days before entering the villa.)

Garden: There are sun loungers, sun umbrellas, seating area, dining table, table football, swing, table tennis and barbecue.

Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken at the entrance. It will be returned if there is no damage upon check-out.

Note: There is a generator in our villa against power outages.
