Villa Capella Uno has a comfortable and spacious accommodation with an interior consisting of two elegant bedrooms. Designed with perfect balance, this villa is an ideal option for families, couples or groups of friends for up to four people.

Thanks to its location close to Fethiye's stunning nature and historical beauties, Villa Capella Uno offers you both a peaceful holiday and a perfect starting point for explorations in the surrounding area. You can easily reach the historical Kayaköy village and nearby beaches and explore the rich cultural heritage of the region.

Villa Capella Duo is located on the same land as our villa. If calendars allow, more than one rental can be made for large families.

Villa Features

Kitchen: Designed as an open kitchen. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, filter coffee machine, dinnerware and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living room: There is a comfortable seating group, LCD smart TV, coffee table, satellite receiver, dining, air conditioning and access to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and access to the pool terrace.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and access to the pool terrace.

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

General Information

Pool: 8 m x 4 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty early every morning.

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, a dining table and a barbecue.

Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken at the entrance. It will be returned if there is no damage upon check-out.

Note: For stays below the minimum rental period, a cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged.
