Villa Buğra 3, which offers an ideal option for those who want to experience a holiday experience in nature in the peaceful Çavdır region of Kalkan, has a private pool, pleasant garden and 2 bedrooms with a capacity of 4 people. While our villa promises its guests a comfortable and luxurious holiday, it is especially ideal for families, groups of friends and honeymoon couples who prefer a conservative holiday.

Villa Buğra 3, which offers a perfect option for those who want to have a peaceful getaway in nature, offers its guests an unforgettable accommodation experience with its carefully designed private pool and large garden. The 2 bedrooms in the villa provide a comfortable and comfortable sleep, while a room with a jacuzzi allows our guests to enjoy a luxurious vacation.

In our villa, where you can prepare your own meals with a fully equipped kitchen, there is also a foosball table where you can have a pleasant time. In addition, the carefully designed pool and garden terrace of our villa is not visible from the outside, thus ensuring the privacy and comfort of our guests.

Located next to Villa Buğra 3, Villa Buğra 1 and Villa Buğra 2 is located on the same land, making it a perfect option for large families. If the timing is right, more than one villa can be rented at the same time and the whole family can enjoy a wonderful vacation experience together.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. Dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-stove, built-in oven, built-in oven, Turkish coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster   and dinnerware, such as all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your vacation. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen television, air conditioning and satellite receiver. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, air conditioning, TV,  bathroom and jacuzzi.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, air conditioning, TV and bathroom.

General Information

Pool:  9.5 m long, 3.5 m wide and 1.5 m deep. The pool is maintained early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Garden:  There are sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, barbecue, swing and table football.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Cleaning Fee: 5 1500 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 5 nights.

Note: The last 200 meters of the road to the villa is a stabilized road and there are stairs at the entrance to the villa. Number of stairs:42
