Villa Blue Paradise, located in the heart of nature in Dalyan Okçular area, offering a magnificent holiday experience, which was brought to life in 2023, is now ready to welcome its guests! This unique villa is designed to offer an unforgettable accommodation experience for its residents. Integrated with the green of nature, this villa with modern architecture promises its guests a peaceful holiday.

Villa Blue Paradise is a special holiday place that combines luxury and comfort in the same pot. Built in 2023, this new villa has a unique identity with carefully selected materials and a carefully designed interior. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people in total with 4 bedrooms. In this way, families, groups of friends or couples can easily enjoy Villa Materia.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, built-in oven,  dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils that you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, bathroom, air conditioning and balcony. 

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, bathroom, air conditioning and balcony.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, bathroom and air conditioning.

4th Bedroom: 2 single beds and air conditioning.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Garden: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table, barbecue, children's slide and seating group. 

Pool: 8 m x 4 m in size and 1.5 m in depth. Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff on duty. (Pool heating is optional and costs 2000₺ per day. Our guests who want pool heating are required to notify 3 days before their check-in date).

Children's pool: 2 x 2 in size and 50 cm deep.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: 5000 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 7 nights.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
