Villa Beylice for rent, located in the Kördere area of Kalkan, offers its guests an impressive sea panorama with its view from the terrace area. This villa with indoor pool and jacuzzi is ideal for nuclear families and honeymooners with its sea view and luxury facilities, 2 bedrooms and 4 person accommodation capacity.

Villa Features

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen living room, kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, dining table, dining set for 4 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, a LCD screen Smart TV with satellite receiver, a coffee table, air conditioning, backgammon, table tennis, and an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, air conditioning and balcony.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and balcony.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: 9 m x 4 m and 1.55 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There are sun loungers, parasols, barbecue, swing, dining table and table football.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2500 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1750 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: Guests arriving with pets are charged a cleaning fee of 2500 TL and a damage deposit of 1750 TL. It will be returned if there is no damage upon check-out. Pets are accepted provided that they bring their own beds, are not allowed on the beds and sitting areas in the villa, and do not enter the pool.

Note: The last part of the villa is 400 m. steep slope.

Note: As of October 20, pool heating is active and included in the price.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
