Villa Beylerbeyi Duo, located in the magnificent atmosphere of Kalkan, the pearl of Patara, offers its guests a peaceful holiday experience in a unique nature. In this private villa, you will enjoy cooling off in your own private pool while enjoying all the beauties of nature from the pool terrace.

Villa Beylerbeyi Duo offers accommodation for up to 4 guests in 2 en-suite bedrooms. Carefully thought-out details and a relaxing atmosphere await you in each room. The French bath in one of the rooms provides guests with moments of luxury and comfort.

In particular, the pool and garden terrace are designed to be invisible from the outside so that guests' privacy is maximized. This feature makes it an ideal option for families, honeymooners and groups of friends who prefer a conservative vacation.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, toaster, dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils that you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, French bath, bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table,  bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Garden: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table, barbecue, toys for children and seating group. 

Pool: It is 8 m x 3.5 m in size and 1.5 m deep.  Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.
