Villa Beren

Villa Beren for rent, located in Fethiye Karagedik, has a total of 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is with an en-suite bathroom, and has an accommodation capacity of 8 people. It is ideal for crowded families and groups of friends with its comfortable rooms.

There is Villa Alp on the same land as our villa. More than one rental is available for large families, if schedules are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, oven, 4-burner set, dining table and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, LCD screen TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

There is a WC-Bathroom in the corridor.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, coffee table and bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and air conditioner.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.

4. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

General Information

Pool: It is 5m x 3m in size and 1.45 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, children's playground and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note:  Minimum accommodation during the Eid week is 7 nights.
