Villa Bera 1 is located in Ölüdeniz, the favorite holiday paradise of Turkey and the world. Ölüdeniz is a magnificent holiday resort in the Fethiye district of Muğla. Ölüdeniz, as the name suggests, is like a stagnant lake. It is one of the lagoon formations in Turkey.

Villa Bera 1 has an accommodation capacity of 8 people with its own pool, garden and 4 bedrooms. It is ideal for large families and large groups with its comfortable rooms.

There is an open kitchen living room, dining table, dinner set for 8 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV with satellite receiver, WC and washing machine.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, en-suite bathroom and balcony.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, sofa bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, balcony and shared bathroom.

4. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a sofa bed, a wardrobe, a nightstand, air conditioning, a balcony and a shared bathroom.

General Information

Pool: 54m2 in size, 1.5 meters deep. There is a 50 cm deep children’s pool. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff in the early hours of the morning at intervals of 1 day. There are sun loungers, outdoor showers and sun umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a barbecue and garden furniture.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Check-in and Check-out Time: 16:00 - 10:00

Note: 4500 TL cleaning fee is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Places to See in Ölüdeniz

Ölüdeniz Beach, Butterfly Valley, Kıdrak Bay, Hisarönü are the main places to be visited. Another place you can visit is Babadag. Babadag, the place where the first paragliding was made in the region, is a touristic excursion center. You can have a nice trekking and camping here.
