Villa Balca

Villa Balca is located in Göcek, where you can see all shades of blue and green, which is one of the first addresses that come to mind when blue voyage is mentioned. You can reach the center in 5 minutes by car from our villa, which is 1.5 km away from Göcek. You can visit the bazaar whenever you want, taste the delicious seafood of Göcek at the restaurants along the coastline, and at the same time witness the magnificent nature and scenery of Göcek.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, LCD screen TV and satellite receiver. There is a shared bathroom in the corridor.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, jacuzzi and air conditioning.

General Information

Pool: It is 3m x 7m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: Barbecue, sun loungers, sun umbrellas are available.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: 1500 TL cleaning fee is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: Children under the age of 10 are not accepted.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
