Villa Ayva is located in Ölüdeniz, which is the favorite holiday paradise of Turkey and the world. Ölüdeniz is a magnificent holiday resort in the Fethiye district of Muğla. Ölüdeniz, as the name suggests, is like a stagnant lake. It is one of the lagoon formations in Turkey.

Villa Ayva has an accommodation capacity of 8 people with its own pool, garden and 4 bedrooms. It is ideal for large families and large groups with its comfortable rooms. It is 4 km from Ölüdeniz Beach. You can visit the Hisarönü bazaar, which is within 5 minutes' walking distance, whenever you wish, and you can meet all your shopping and food needs.

Ground Floor

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen, there is a dining table, a dining set for 8 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living room: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen TV with satellite receiver, WC and washing machine.

1st Floor

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, balcony, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, balcony, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

Roof Floor

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, dressing table, bedside table, balcony and air conditioning.

4th Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, dressing table, bedside table, balcony and air conditioning.

There is 1 bathroom in the attic floor.

Towels and pique sets for 8 people are available in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool: 28m2 and 1,5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is done by the staff in charge early every morning. There are 8 sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There are palm and laurel trees, barbecue, garden furniture.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: 5000 TL damage deposit is taken at the entrance. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 4000 TL is charged for stays under 5 nights.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 5 nights.

Note: There is a charging station for electric vehicles.

General note for all villas in Oludeniz region: Due to the high demand in our Oludeniz villas, there may be situations such as electricity, water cuts, low voltage, infrastructure and construction works.

Must-See Places in Oludeniz

Oludeniz Beach, Butterfly Valley, Kıdrak Bay, Hisarönü are the main places to visit and see. Another place you can visit is Babadağ. Babadağ, where the first paragliding was done in the region, is a touristic sightseeing center. Here you can have a nice nature walk and camping.
