Villa Avokado is located in Yanıklar Village, approximately 8 km from Fethiye. The village, which is one of the pilot regions for eco tourism, is the center of attention of its guests with its quiet, calm and clean sea. The village, which is also close to the ancient city of Kadyanda, is one of the destinations that history enthusiasts visit.

Villa Avokado offers a quiet and peaceful holiday, away from the noise of the city, among the avocado trees. Our villa has an accommodation capacity of up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open living room kitchen.

Villa Avokado Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, toaster, dinnerware, dining table.

Living Room: There is a sofa suite with a comfortable foldable bed, a coffee table, an LCD TV, air conditioning satellite receiver and WC. You can access the pool terrace from the living room.

1. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a nightstand.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioner.

There is 1 bathroom in the corridor.

General Information

Pool: There is a sheltered pool of 28m2 in size and 1.5 meters in depth. Pool maintenance is done early every morning by the staff on duty. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There are avocado trees, barbecue and garden furniture.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: 1500 TL cleaning fee is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
