Located in Ölüdeniz, the popular holiday resort of Fethiye, Villa Aura is a rental villa with a private pool that offers luxury and comfort together with its capacity for 8 people. While the large and modern design of the villa offers its guests a spacious living space, its fully equipped kitchen, stylish living room and large terrace have been carefully prepared for you to experience pleasant moments. You can relax on the sun terrace, cool off by the pool or enjoy a barbecue in the garden.

Villa Features

Kitchen: Designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchenware you may need during your holiday, such as a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, coffee machine, dinnerware. 

Lounge: There is a comfortable seating area, TV, air conditioning and access to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony.

4. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony.

General Information

Pool: The pool is 5 m x 6 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Optionally, the pool top and sides can be closed.  Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty early every morning. 

Indoor Pool: Pool heating is available starting from October and is activated for 1500₺ per day.

Garden: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, seating group, barbecue and swing.

Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000₺ is taken at the entrance. It will be returned if there is no damage upon check-out. 

Cleaning Fee: For stays under 5 nights, a cleaning fee of 2500₺ is charged.
