Villa Arslan Evi for rent, located in Ölüdeniz Hisarönü, has a large garden, its own pool and 4 bedrooms with an accommodation capacity of 6 people. Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, toaster, dinnerware.

Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, a coffee table, an LCD screen TV, a satellite receiver, air conditioning and an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 single bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

4. Bedroom: There is 1 single bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

Towels and pique sets are available for 6 people in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool: 5 m x 10 m in size and 1.5 - 1.6 meters deep. Pool maintenance is done by the staff in charge early every morning.

Garden: There is a green area, fruit trees, dining table, swing, foosball, jacuzzi and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: For stays below the minimum rental period, a cleaning fee of 5000 TL is charged.

Note: The indoor pool heating of our villa is closed between May 1 and October 1, and if heating is desired, it can be turned on for an extra fee of 24500TL per week.

General note for all villas in Oludeniz region: Due to the high demand in our Oludeniz villas, there may be situations such as electricity, water cuts, low voltage, infrastructure and construction works.
