Villa Arin Duo

Villa Arin Duo, located in Eldirek Neighborhood of Fethiye for a magnificent holiday experience, is one of our villas with modern architecture, the construction of which was completed in 2023.  Our villa offers accommodation for up to 4 people with its own pool, spacious garden and 2 comfortable bedrooms.  It will make you feel at home with its unique architecture and carefully designed interior. Villa Arin Duo is designed to offer a pleasant holiday experience especially in winter. Thanks to the underfloor heating system and sauna, you will feel warm and comfortable even on cold days.

Our villa, which is designed so that the pool and garden terrace cannot be seen from the outside, is ideal for families, groups of friends and honeymoon couples who prefer a conservative holiday.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, filter coffee machine, tea maker, dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.  

Living room: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver, dining table, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, TV, balcony, bathroom and jacuzzi. 

2st Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms for the number of people.

General Information

Pool:  8 x 4 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff on duty. 

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, sitting group, outdoor shower and barbecue. 

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken at the entrance. It is returned in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: For stays below the minimum rental period, a cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged.
