Villa Arin for rent, located in Kalkan Ordu region, has panoramic sea views and offers a fascinating atmosphere to its guests. Ideal for families, groups of friends and honeymooners who prefer conservative holidays, all rooms of our villa are en-suite and there is a jacuzzi in the master bedroom.

Our villa offers many possibilities for a holiday full of fun and activity. Facilities filled with equipment such as trampoline, table tennis and foosball will allow you to spend time without getting bored. In addition, the children's playgroup will ensure that your children have fun safely.

When you want to relieve the tiredness of the day and pamper yourself, the Turkish bath and sauna are just for you. While resting yourself in these areas, you can relax and get rid of all your stress.

Villa Gökçe Ordu is located on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, dinnerware and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, bathroom, jacuzzi, balcony and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, bathroom, balcony and air conditioning.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, bathroom and air conditioner.

Towels and pique sets for 6 people are available in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool: 4 x 11 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are sunshades, sun loungers, sitting group, dining table, swing, trampoline, table football, table tennis and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 4000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The last 1.5 km of the road to our villa is a concrete road and the last 150 meters is a steep ramp.
