Villa Almond

Villa Almond is located in Yeşilüzümlü Village of Muğla's Fethiye district, which is famous for its clean nature, historical stone houses and the Lamb Festival. Surrounded by pine trees, the region offers its guests a peaceful and quiet holiday. Yeşilüzümlü Village, whose history dates back to the Lycian period, hosts many local and foreign guests with the ancient city of Kadyanda nearby.

Villa Almond has its own pool, garden and 2 bedrooms with an accommodation capacity of up to 4 people. It is ideal for our conservative families with its fully sheltered pool.

Kitchen: There is a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, dinnerware for 4 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: The living room has a seating group, smart TV with satellite receiver, dining table and air conditioning.

There is 1 WC and a bathroom in the living room.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner.

2. Bedroom: There are 3 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table.

Towels and pique sets are available for 4 people in all bedrooms.

General Information

The pool: 4 x 7 m in size and 1.6 meters in depth.

Garden: There is a green area, 4 sun loungers, parasols, a resting place, a hammock and a barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
