Villa Alboran Uno

Located in the unique nature of Fethiye, Villa Alboran Uno offers a peaceful holiday in the Yanıklar region. This villa, which attracts attention with its quiet location in nature, is specially designed to make your vacation unforgettable. It aims to give you the comfort of your home with its own private pool and luxury facilities.

Villa Alboran Uno offers accommodation for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The pool and garden terrace are designed to be invisible from the outside, giving you complete privacy. It is a great option for families, groups of friends and honeymooners who prefer a conservative vacation.

There is Villa Zakkum 2 in the same land with our villa. If calendars are available, more than one rental can be made at the same time for crowded families.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, dining set and all kinds of kitchen utensils that you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace and 2 WC-Bathroom  are available. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and jacuzzi.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe and air conditioning.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Garden: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table and barbecue.

Pool:   It is 8 m x 4 m in size and 1.5 m deep.  Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1000 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.
