Villa Aka

Villa Aka is located in Ölüdeniz, the favorite holiday paradise of Turkey and the world. Ölüdeniz is a magnificent holiday resort in the Fethiye district of Muğla. Ölüdeniz, as the name suggests, is like a stagnant lake. It is one of the lagoon formations in Turkey.

Villa Aka has its own pool, garden and 3 bedrooms with an accommodation capacity of 6 people. It is ideal for large families and large groups with its comfortable rooms. It is 4 km from Ölüdeniz Beach. You can visit the Hisarönü bazaar, which is within a 15-minute walking distance, whenever you wish, and you can meet all your shopping and food needs.

Villa Features

There is an open kitchen living room, dining table, dinner set for 6 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV with satellite receiver, WC and washing machine.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, balcony, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, desk, nightstand, balcony and air conditioner.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioner.

There is a shared WC and bathroom in the corridor.

General Information

Pool: It is 28m2 and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: Palm and laurel trees, barbecue, garden furniture.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Pets are allowed to bring their own beds, not to be taken to the bed and sitting group in the villa, and not to enter the pool.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
