Villa Agnes

Villa Agnes, located in the magnificent nature in Fethiye Inlice, has its own pool, garden and 3 bedrooms with an accommodation capacity of 6 people. Our villa, which is within walking distance of the Inlice beach, is ideal for large families and groups of friends. Our other villa, Villa Agna, located on the same land as the villa, has similar features. If the dates are suitable, it can be rented at the same time if desired.

Villa Agnes Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, tea maker, 6-person dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group that can be a foldable bed, LCD screen TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and a shared WC-bathroom.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand and air conditioning.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.

There is a communal WC-bathroom in the corridor.

General Information

Pool: 28 m2 and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a lawn area, various fruit trees, sitting group, barbecue, sun umbrellas and sun loungers.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2500 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: 2000 TL cleaning fee is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The cleaning fee of 1500 TL and a damage deposit of 2500 TL are collected from our guests who come with pets. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out. Pets are allowed to bring their own beds, not to be taken to the bed and sitting group in the villa, and not to enter the pool.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
