Villa Adela

Villa Adela is located in the resort town of Ölüdeniz, which is famous for its lush forests and turquoise sea of ​​Fethiye district of Muğla. The town, which has the most beautiful beach in the world, hosts many local and foreign guests every year. There are many places worth seeing when you come to Ölüdeniz, at the top of this list are Belcekiz Beach, Kıdrak Beach, Kabak Bay, Butterfly Valley and Faralya. In addition, there are options such as paragliding from Babadağ summit, cable car, mountaineering and safari for those who want to enjoy their holiday with fun and excitement.

Villa Adela is one of our luxury and tastefully designed villas, the construction of which was completed in April 2022. The villa has a large swimming pool with heating feature, which can be closed on demand, outdoor seating, swings and table football. It has an accommodation capacity of 8 people with 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and one of them with jacuzzi. It is ideal for crowded families and groups of friends with its comfortable rooms. Our villa, which is suitable for rental in winter months, has underfloor heating.

There is Villa Barış on the side of our villa. More than one rental can be made at the same time for large families, if the calendars are available.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea maker, dinner set for 12 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver, fireplace, air conditioning and wc in the corridor.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony.

3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony.

4th Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony.

General Information

Pool: 5 m x 6 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Optionally, the top and sides of the pool can be closed. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff in charge early every morning.

Pool Heating:.(Pool heating is optional and is activated for 1000₺ per day.)

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, sitting group, swing, foosball and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: 5000 TL damage deposit is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: 2500 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
