Villa Ada

Villa Ada is located in the holiday town of Kalkan Kördere, which fascinates with the magnificent sea and climate of the Mediterranean. Located between Antalya and Fethiye, the region is located directly opposite Meis Island. The nearby Patara Ancient City, Patara Beach and Kaputas Beach are the center of attention of local and foreign guests. 

Villa Ada has its own pool, garden and a total of 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has a jacuzzi, and can accommodate 6 people. Our villa, which has 2 outdoor and 2 indoor pools, also has a Turkish bath, sauna, pool table and foosball. Our villa is suitable for renting in winter months with its underfloor heating feature and is open all year round.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a microwave, built-in oven, built-in oven, stove, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, large screen TV with satellite receiver, air conditioning, dining table and exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe and bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and jacuzzi. 

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe and bedside tables, air conditioning and bathroom are available. 

3rd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe and bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom .

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for 6 persons.

General Information

Outdoor Pool: 10 m x 4 m in size and 1.60 m in depth. There is an adjustable hydromassage feature in the pool. The pool system is automatically controlled by a salt regulator and pH dosing system.

Children's Pool: It is 2.8 m x 2.5 m in size and 0.80 m deep. 

Indoor Pool: It is 2.8 m x 2.6 m in size and 1 m deep. There is an adjustable hydromassage feature in the pool. (Pool heating is optional and is activated for 1000 TL per day for stays under 7 days.)

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi, but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note:  For stays below the minimum rental period, a cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged.

Note: Underfloor heating system is activated for a fee of 1250 TL per day (If heating is requested in the summer months between May 15 - September 30 heating fee will be charged for each day.)

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
