Villa Berra

Villa Berra for rent, located in the Seydikemer district of Muğla, 4 km from Yakapark and 2 km from the Ancient City of Tlos, has an accommodation capacity of 6 people with its own pool, garden and 3 bedrooms. Our villa has a sauna, a children's pool and an open-air jacuzzi. Our villa, which is designed in such a way that the garden and pool terrace are not visible from the outside, is also suitable for families who prefer conservative holidays.

Villa Başak and Villa Begüm are located on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Kitchen:  It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable seating, large-screen smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioner.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom, sauna and air conditioning.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: 8 m x 4.5 m in size and 1.55 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, sitting group, jacuzzi and barbecue, table football, table tennis, children's playground, water slide and swing.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: 6000 TL damage deposit is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: 4000 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 7 nights.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 5 nights.

Note: There is a charging station for electric vehicles.
