Villa Rio
Villa Rio is located in the Güzelyurt neighborhood of Muğla's Ortaca district, 8 km from Sarıgerme, a holiday resort famous for its golden sandy beach, clear sea and caretta caretta turtles. The region, which has started to gain new modern structures among historical buildings and lush forest areas, offers its guests a peaceful holiday in touch with nature.
Villa Rio, the construction of which was completed in May 2022, has a swimming pool with its own salt system among the vast citrus groves, a large garden, 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is with a jacuzzi, and has an accommodation capacity of 6 people. Our villa, which has privileges such as a fireplace suitable for rental in winter months, also has a sauna. It is ideal for crowded families and groups of friends with its comfortable rooms.
Villa Keskin is located on the same land as the villa. It is possible to rent at the same time for large families, if the calendars are available.
Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen, there is a dining table, microwave oven, built-in oven, stovetop, toaster, dishwasher, dinner set for 8 people, high chair and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.
Living Room: There is a comfortable seating group, a large-screen smart TV with satellite receiver, air conditioning, a fireplace and an exit to the pool terrace.
In the corridor there is a washing machine, a reading area with a view of the citrus orchard, and a sauna.
1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe and bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.
2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a nightstand, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.
3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe and bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom.
Towels and pique sets for 6 people are available in all bedrooms.
Pool: The 55m2 and 1.55m deep pool is disinfected with salt and is healthier as no chemical cleaners and chlorine are used. There is an adjustable hydromassage feature in the pool. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.
Garden: There are orange trees, green area, parking lot, barbecue and sitting group.
Internet: Unlimited Wi-fi is available in our villa. Internet speed is maximum 75Mbps.
Damage Deposit: 3000 TL damage deposit is taken at the entrance. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.
Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Sarigerme, where the Aegean and the Mediterranean meet, has a unique beauty where you will enjoy swimming in the sea with its deep blue shallow sea and its beach with fine sand that has preserved its naturalness.
Baba Island, Pisilis Ancient City, Sarçed Beach, Vaş Bay, Sarsala Bay and Iztuzu Beach are among the main places to visit.

Villa Rio, located 15 minutes drive from Dalaman airport, Turkey was an excellent choice to explore the Muğla region. The villa has a beautiful setting, unique amenities, and excellent service from the owner and staff. The Villa is surrounded by an orange orchard with one of their other villa next door which can also be hired if you have a large family or two families travelling together. The inside of the villa Rio was extremely clean, modern and spacious with an ensuite to every bedroom. We enjoyed the immaculate swimming pool very much in the hot weather.

Absolutely beautiful, it was amazing for the children they loved seeing the chickens, geese and peacock every day, we had fresh orange juice every morning picked from the gardens. The pool was amazingly clean, the villa was spotless and well laid out, would highly recommend ????

I stayed in this villa with my family and it was absolutely amazing very modern villa surrounded by orange trees with a jacuzzi, sauna and a big pool the place is spotless every aspect of our stay was amazing, met by the host and and any question answered by him straight away would highly recommend a holiday here. The villa its self is just 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from a supermarket. It’s 10 minutes by car from Sarigerme which is a lively town with plenty of clothes, shoes and bag shops lots of restaurants and bars really friendly people.you can book day trips here no problem lots of places.
