Villa Monaco

The rental Villa Monaco, located in the Güzelyurt region of Muğla's Ortaca district, was completed in June 2022. It has an accommodation capacity of 4 people with its own pool, garden, open-air kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Our villa also has a central heating system and fireplace for the winter months and is available for rental all year.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a large kitchen island, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, filter coffee machine and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver, fireplace and exit to the pool terrace. (There is no air conditioning in the living room.)

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner and bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, clothes rack and air conditioning.

There is 1 WC-bathroom in the corridor.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: 3.60 m x 9 m in size and 1.45 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, sitting group, open-air kitchen, stone oven, barbecue and parking lot.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Note: There is a Jacuzzi outside and there is a spa feature inside. Jacuzzi heating fee is 300₺ per day.

Note: There is a projector in the garden. YouTube, Netflix, Spotify and All premier TV channels are all free to use.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
