Villa Karmila Uno, located in the center of Fethiye, promises a peaceful holiday away from city life. This modern villa welcomes its guests with an accommodation capacity of 8 people. With its own pool and garden, it offers a special atmosphere to its guests. With 4 bedrooms, the villa provides a comfortable accommodation experience.

Minimizing the need to use a car, Villa Karmila Uno offers easy access to the central points of Fethiye. Guests can easily reach the surrounding grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and bars. The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen, so guests have the freedom to prepare their own meals. The villa is equipped with a smart TV, allowing you to enjoy modern entertainment.

Villa Karmila Uno has many options for relaxing and having a pleasant stay. Guests can barbecue in the garden, enjoy delicious meals at the dining table and enjoy the swing. There are also 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, offering guests a special comfort.

The villa is also close to some spectacular beaches. Calis Beach is only 3 km away, while Oludeniz Beach, famous for its unique beauty, is only 13 km away. This way, guests can easily reach the beaches to enjoy the clean sea and sunshine.

There is Villa Karmila Duo on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils that you may need during your holiday such as dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, high chair, dinner set. 

Living room: Comfortable seating group, center table, LCD smart TV, Netflix, air conditioning and satellite receiver. There is an exit from the living room to the pool terrace and a WC in the corridor. 

Upper Floor

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, steel safe and en-suite bathroom    

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom  

3rd Bedroom:  There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioning.

4th Bedroom:  There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioning.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Pool:  It is 3 m x 8 m in size and 1.5 m deep. Pool maintenance is done by the staff in charge early every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: Green area, barbecue, garden furniture and swing.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi, but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit:

Note: A cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights. 

Note: A cleaning fee of 3000 TL and a damage deposit of 3000 TL are taken from our guests arriving with pets. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.  Pets are accepted provided that their own beds are brought, they are not taken to the bed and seating group in the villa, and they do not enter the pool.
