Our villa is ready to welcome its guests not only in summer but also in winter. Equipped with underfloor heating, our villa offers its guests a comfortable stay in winter. Kitchen:  It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, tea maker, dinner set for 10 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen TV, air conditioning, fireplace and shared WC-Bathroom in the corridor leading to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table,  FullHD Led Smart TV and air conditioning.

Upper Floor

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom.

4th Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi and bathroom.

5th Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, and air conditioning.

In the hallway there is a kitchenette, gym and WC-Bathroom. 

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Pool: It is 5 m x 10 m in size and 1.65 m in depth. Pool maintenance is done by the staff in charge early every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: Sun umbrellas, sun loungers, swing, barbecue, garden seating group, table football, ping pong table, backgammon table and outdoor shower.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: 10000 TL damage deposit is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 4000 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.

Note: In the winter months, the underfloor heating feature is charged extra weekly.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

General note for all villas in Oludeniz region: Olüdeniz villas may experience electricity, water cuts, low voltage, infrastructure and construction works due to high demand.

Must-See Places in Oludeniz

Oludeniz Beach, Butterfly Valley, Kıdrak Bay, Hisarönü are the main places to visit. Another place you can visit is Babadağ. Babadağ, where the first paragliding was done in the region, is a touristic sightseeing center. Here you can have a nice nature walk and camping.
