Villa Barış

Villa Baris is located in Oludeniz, the famous holiday resort of Fethiye with its turquoise sea, golden sandy beach and lush green forests. In 2006, the beach was selected as the "World's Most Beautiful Beach" and hosts millions of local and foreign tourists every year. 

Villa Baris is one of our extremely luxurious and tastefully designed villas, the construction of which was completed in April 2022. The villa has a large swimming pool with a heating feature that can be closed on top and sides when desired, outdoor seating areas and a swing. It has an accommodation capacity of 8 people with 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi. It is ideal for crowded families and groups of friends with its comfortable rooms. Our villa, which is suitable for renting in the winter months, has underfloor heating. 

Next to our villa is Villa Adela. If the calendars are available, more than one rental can be made at the same time for crowded families. 

Kitchen: Designed as an open kitchen. Dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, toaster, coffee maker, teapot, 12  person dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver, fireplace, air conditioning and wc in the hallway. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony.

3rd Bedroom:  There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony.

4th Bedroom:  There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony.

General Information

Pool: 5 m x 6 m in size  and 1.5 meters deep. Optionally, the top and sides of the pool can be closed.  Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff in charge early every morning. 

Pool Heating: It is charged as 1500TL per day.

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, sitting group, swing, toys for children, foosball and barbecue.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: 6000 TL damage deposit is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: 3500 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 5 nights.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 5 nights.

General note for all villas in Oludeniz region: Olüdeniz villas may experience electricity, water cuts, low voltage, infrastructure and construction works due to high demand.
