Villa Rosso

Villa Rosso is located in Kayaköy neighborhood of Fethiye district of Muğla, formerly Levissi. It is impossible not to be enchanted while strolling among the 19th century houses built on the slope, smelling of history, narrow streets, churches and chapels. Kayakoy is located 20 minutes away from the center of Fethiye. It is also close to Hisarönü, where there is a fun nightlife in Ovacık district.

Villa Rosso has its own sheltered pool, garden, 2 bedrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi, and has an accommodation capacity of 4 people. With its comfortable rooms, it is ideal for nuclear families, groups of friends and honeymooners. Since the pool and garden terrace of our villa are designed as sheltered from the outside, it is a good alternative for families who prefer conservative holidays.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a kitchen island, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, toaster and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, coffee table, LCD large-screen TV, exit to the pool terrace, air conditioning and WC.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, bathroom, jacuzzi and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning, nightstand and a bathroom.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: There is an adult pool with a size of 7 m x 4 m and a depth of 1.4 m, a children's pool with a size of 1.9 m x 1.9 m and a depth of 40 cm. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There are colorful flowers, sun umbrellas, sun loungers, swing, dining table and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3,000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: 1750 TL cleaning fee is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Places to Visit in Kayaköy

While staying in Kayaköy, you can visit the Ghost Town, Gemiler Bay and Af Kule Monastery.

Kayaköy Ghost Town is a must-see for adventure-loving holidaymakers.

You can do many water sports accompanied by the natural beauty and clear water of Gemiler Bay.

Af Kule Monastery is 3-4 km from Kayaköy by walking. You can take a nature walk and see the old dungeons. You can join a safari tour and visit Kayaköy with ATV vehicles.
