Villa Nessa

Villa Nessa is located in Fethiye, the town of Muğla famous for its unique Ölüdeniz Beach, historical ancient cities and lush nature. The district, which has very special untouched natural areas such as Butterfly Valley and Kabak Bay, hosts domestic and foreign tourists every year. For those who are looking for an alternative holiday, there are exciting options such as paragliding from Babadağ peaks, rafting in Saklıkent Canyon, walking on the Lycian Way.

Villa Nessa is the newest of our villas, which was completed in 2022 and offers luxury and comfort with its magnificent architecture. It has an accommodation capacity of 8 people with its own pool, large garden, indoor pool section with hammam and sauna, 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are with jacuzzi. Our villa, which was designed for you to have a perfect holiday with every detail you may need in mind, is also 1 km from the beach, close to restaurants, cafes and entertainment venues.

In the same land as our villa; There are Villa Lusso, Villa Fresco and Villa Maison. More than one rental is available for large families, if schedules are available.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a kitchen island, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, dinnerware and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable seating, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

There is a public WC, indoor pool, Turkish bath and sauna in the corridor.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, smart TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and balcony.

3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and balcony.

4. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, air conditioning and a balcony.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Outdoor Pool: It is 3.75 m x 9 m in size and 1.38 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Indoor Pool: It is 2 m x 4.8 m in size and 1.25 meters deep. Indoor pool heating is free of charge from 1 October to 30 April. Except for these dates, a weekly fee of 1,500 TL is requested.

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, sitting group and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 24mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 4000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Note: There is an alarm and camera system in our villa for security.
