Villa Lusso

Villa Lusso for rent in the Calis region of Fethiye offers its guests a privileged holiday with its indoor and outdoor swimming pool, large garden, rooms with jacuzzi, Turkish bath and sauna. Our villa, the construction of which was completed in May 2022, is open to rental in the winter months with its indoor heated pool and underfloor heating system. Only 7 km from Fethiye's fun nightlife, delicious restaurants, cafes and bars, there is KocaÇalış Beach, 900 meters from our villa. It has an accommodation capacity of 6 people with its large and spacious rooms.

There is Villa Maison in the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made at the same time for large families, if their schedules are available.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, filter coffee machine, dinnerware for 8 people and all kinds of kitchenware you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable seating, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

In the corridor, there is a public WC, indoor pool, Turkish bath and sauna.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, smart TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and balcony.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, smart TV, bathroom and balcony.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, smart TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and balcony.General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Outdoor Pool: It is 3.75 m x 9 m in size and 1.38 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Indoor Pool: It is 2 m x 4.8 m in size and 1.25 meters in depth. Indoor pool heating is free of charge between 1 October and 30 April. Except for these dates, a weekly fee of 4000 TL is requested.

Garden: There are parasols, sun loungers, dining table, sitting group and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 24mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 4000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Note: There is an alarm and camera system in our villa for security.
