Villa Esma Sultan

Located in Faralya, Fethiye's hidden paradise, Villa Esma Sultan is one of our new stylish and simply designed villas, the construction of which was completed in June 2022. It has an accommodation capacity of 8 people with its own private pool, garden and 4 bedrooms. With its comfortable rooms, Kabaklık is ideal for families and groups of friends.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, LCD screen TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi and bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi and bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and bathroom.

4. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and bathroom.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: It is 9 m x 4 m in size and 1.45 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, sitting group, barbecue, table football and table tennis.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
