Villa Lins

Villa Lins, located in Çiftlik district of Fethiye, has an accommodation capacity of 7 people with its own pool, garden and 3 bedrooms. With its comfortable rooms, the rudeness is ideal for families and groups of friends.

Villa Pino and Villa Timo are located on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families and groups of friends, if the calendars are available.

Kitchen:  It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a kitchen island, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable seating, large screen TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, WC and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, satellite TV and en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, satellite TV and en-suite bathroom.

3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Outdoor Pool: It is 8.5 m x 4 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, gazebo, sitting group and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: 3000 TL damage deposit is taken upon arrival. It will be refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: 3500 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 5 nights.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 5 nights.
